This simple project was to redesign the menu. The current menu severely needed an update with design considerations that were meant to lead the consumers through the food experience. The original menu was overwhelming, extremely wordy and not visually enticing. Some items were removed and others were added. The layout was simplified to emphasize the experience and help guide diners to  suitable choices for a variety of palettes. Many of the items featured pork-based products from Smithfield Foods but also included a host of other items that were also tied into the Smithfield family of products. The menus also needed to be easy-to-update as prices and food trends in the US change. Items can be easily removed and updated to reflect the current trends in dining or products innovations.
